All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Local Pick-up at our facilities is available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up. Buyer must select ‘Buy It Now’ prior to local pick-up.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery unless your part is included in eBay’s Guaranteed Delivery Program. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via eBay messaging within 24 hours for assistance.

All parts we sell come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. Please contact us through eBay messaging for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before returning any part. We do not cover the cost of labor charges during the installation of your parts. All original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All parts come with a standard warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.
